Return and Refund Policy

At PROFFIX, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

·         Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

·         Be in the original packaging

·         Include the receipt or proof of purchase

Some types of goods are exempt from being returned, including:

·         Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers)

·         Customized or personalized items

·         Downloadable digital products

·         Health and personal care items (e.g., cosmetics, undergarments)

Return Process

To initiate a return:

1.      Contact us through chat bot in website or write to proffixstore@gmail.com. with your order number and reason for return.

2.      We will provide you with return instructions and the return shipping address.

3.      Ship the item back using a traceable shipping service.

Note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet:

·         First check your bank account again.

·         Then contact your credit card company—it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

·         Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us through chat bot in website or write to proffixstore@gmail.com.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us through chat bot in website or write to proffixstore@gmail.com.

Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled within 5 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped. To cancel, email us immediately at proffixstore@gmail.com.
